All orders, including both physical books (e.g., Hardcovers) and merchandise, require a period for printing, preparation, and quality inspection before they are shipped.

Estimated Fulfillment Time: Orders typically take 2 to 7 business days to be printed, packaged, and prepared for shipping.

Business Days: Fulfillment and shipping times are calculated based on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

Fulfillment time begins when your order is officially accepted (after successful payment verification).

Shipping time is the period after your order has been fulfilled and picked up by the carrier. The total estimated delivery time for your order will be the Fulfillment Time + Shipping Time.
Shipping speeds vary significantly based on the delivery destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. The estimated timeframes below are subject to change due to carrier delays, customs processing (for international orders), or peak season volumes.

🌎 International Shipping
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped outside of the United States:

Customs Fees: International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country upon delivery. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost paid at checkout.

Refused Delivery: If an international order is refused by the recipient due to customs fees, the package may be abandoned or returned to our fulfillment partner. If returned, any incurred return fees or original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, with the remainder only being refunded once the item is confirmed to be safely back.

Risk of loss and title for physical items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Reporting Issues

Damaged/Defective: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please refer to our Refund Policy and contact us immediately, providing video/photo proof of the damage within 7 days of delivery.

Lost in Transit: If tracking information shows that your package has been stuck in transit for an unusually long period (e.g., 20+ business days with no update), please contact us so we can investigate the status with the shipping provider.
